Boil 3-4 stalks of wild hollyhock in about 500 ml of water for
30min. Drink it 5-6 times a day instead of water.

Eat bird millet seed, by 2 grains, on a hungry stomach.
Recipe 3
Take 50 gr. of white yarrow, 50 gr.St. John's wort and 50 gr.
from the herb whip, 20 gr. bearberry, horsetail - 15 gr., blackberry
leaves-15gr, bird millet seed -100gr. Boil 2 tbs from the mixture in 400ml. of
water for 5 minutes. Drink 1 glass, 4 times a day, before meals. Drink the last
glass, 3 hours before going to bed.

Take 1 tbsp. bird millet seed and boil it for 10-15min. in
500ml. of water. Drink 1 glass, 3times a day, before meal.
Recipe 5
Mix 100 gr of yellow and 100 gr of red St. John's Wort.
Boil 1 tbsp. from the mixture in 250 ml of water and then
leave to seak for 6-8 hours. Kids should drink it not later than 19 PM. Then
they should not drink anything. The course of treatment is 1 month.
Recipe 6
Tea is made from catkin from the hazelnut tree. This herb is
picked in February.

1. Bake the spine in the sun early in the morning.
